12/28/06: LH AVC has a protection fault that will not reset. RH AVC OK.
Small paddle charger here had a problem back in 12/2002, since repaired.

6/8/03: Actually, EVs can park free here even without a City of Sacramento EV permit. This is a County garage, not a City garage.
4/9/02: Yes this location does accept City of Sacramento EV parking permits for free parking. TWD.
1/13/02: Information from SMUD. Pay parking. May accept City of Sacramento parking permits for free parking -- to be verified.
