On 1st floor of Sunnyvale CalTrain Parking structure, North side of Evelyn, between Sunnyvale - Saratoga Rd. and Mathilda Ave.
Parking from 6 am to 6 pm everyday $1.50 for all vehicles, 6 pm to 6 am parking is free for all vehicles. Limitation: vehicle can only be parked for 24 hours or it will be towed away.

Driving directions:
Location is not near a highway .
(Sunnyvale-Saratoga exit off 280 or Mathilda exit off 101).
Go South on Mathilda Ave, turn left at Washington St, just after going over the railroad track, turn left at 1st light, Cross Evelyn into CalTrain station and turn immediately right into parking structure, chargers will be on left side on 1st floor. Heading west on E. Evelyn Ave, the entrance is immediately after large building labeled Murphy Square (just after S. Murphy Ave.). Turn right, and you'll immediately see a sign pointing to the left for the chargers. You can see them from the entrance. If you enter from E. Evelyn and S. Frances St., go straight as you enter the parking garage -- the chargers will be on the left just before you see the Murphy St entrance.

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
Chargers are at the ground level, on the side of the garage closest to W Evelyn Ave.

Things to do:
Sunnyvale Town and Country Shopping Center,Sunnyvale Town Center Mall (which may be torn down soon), and the Murphy Street Shopping district are all within 2 blocks. All have good restaurants and shops. I particularly recommend Thai Basil Restaurant. (Earl Cox) Downtown Sunnyvale has numerous restaurants and small shops, and the Sunnyvale Town Center Mall. Downtown district is bordered by Evelyn Ave, Washington Ave, S Sunnyvale Ave, and Aries Way. Large number of good restaurants on S. Murphy St itself. Parking garage with the chargers is at the Murphy Station CalTrain station -- good access to anywhere CalTrain goes.
Plenty of eateries, banks, and shopping near by. Recommend Stoddard's and a stroll at the Sunnyvale Mall. (Bruce Parmenter 7/15/03)
